Toddington Karate Club is a club with a difference. We practice Freestyle Karate to a high standard. Sepoy Freestyle is a blend of Karate and Kickboxing. So if your looking for a Martial Arts Club in Bedfordshire we could be for you!
We cater for all, from those that want fitness, to those with discipline requirements and from those wanting self defence training to those wanting to become fighters. Freestyle karate allows everybody to progress to there own ability, with no ridicule.

Toddington Karate Club is a well established club passed on within style for the last 25 years and offers a large range of martial arts training.
Comprising of:
Freestyle karate syllabus and training techniques.
Defence techniques from weapons such as:
Knifes
Sticks and Baseball bats
Bottles.Self defence techniques from attackers.
Kata.
Weapons training including:
Nunchaku
Jo (sticks)
Tonfas
Kamas (senior weapons)
Sias (senior weapons)
Swords (senior weapons).
Balance, control and fitness.
Sport Karate including:
Comprehensive Pad training
Breaker board techniques
Tag sparring (light contact) for juniors
Semi contact continuous/points sparring
Contact sparring continuous(also known as "light" continuous).
As well as full family classes we have an adult only class for those wanting a bit of me time! Go to our About Us page for more information.
We are open to other Martial Artists from different backgrounds coming to visit us and join in with training, a £3 session fee(standard for all students) will apply. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee changing our scheduled night of training but we will try to accommodate to advantage all. Those from other Sepoy Karate clubs will train Free of charge on Thursdays.
Where do our members come from?
Being based in Toddington (Bedfordshire) is ideal for not only for the local Toddington community but also for those travelling in. Our exponents currently travel in from Leighton Buzzard, Dunstable, Luton, Bedford, Milton Keynes and Northampton. With direct links to the M1 motorway and the A5 watling street access is easy! Where are we!
